Once the order is placed, it is impossible to edit or cancel it because all orders are personalized. If there are any questions or mistakes in your order, you can contact us directly at info@countlessmoments.com.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

• As our artists start to work on your order as soon as it is placed, it is not possible to make a full refund even if it hasn't been produced. If you need a refund, we can offer you a partial refund, where 25 € (per design) will be deducted from the full refund as work has already been put in. Please note the extra "Skip the line" is not refundable.
• If your order has already been produced, it is not possible to make any refund.
• If your order includes a digital product that has been delivered to you by email, it is not possible to make a refund of this product.
• If for some reason you would like us to draw a new design from a different photo, you will be charged 12 € per new photo as we will start a new drawing from scratch.

Damaged Products

• For all products that arrive damaged, we send a replacement no questions asked. To be eligible, you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.
• Please note our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.

Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?

• Make sure the email of your order is correct and valid as you need to approve your design for us to start the production of your order.
• If you did not receive an email after 7 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder. If you don't get any response within 48 working hours, emails are likely getting bounced back, so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

Additional information

• We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website are only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. 
• We do online proofing and offer unlimited revisions before shipment.
