Shipping policy

We currently ship to the EU and offer free shipping on orders above 90 €.

Order process

• It takes 2-4 days for you to receive your design by email so you can give us feedback and approve it. For faster turnaround click here.
• Once you approve your design we will produce your order. This takes between 1-3 business days.
• After it's produced, we will ship it to you.

Please keep in mind that with the extra "Skip the Line" you skip the line and receive your design proof within 24 business hours. However, this does not affect the shipping time.

Shipping times for EU

• Starts at 2,99 € (Estimated delivery: 3-5 Business days)
• Starts at 13 € Priority Shipping (Estimated delivery: 2-3 Business days)
• Starts at 27 € Express Shipping (Estimated delivery: 1-3 Business days)

Additional Information:

• The timeframe for a non-continental package is typically 12 to 21 business days.
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. 
•  Please keep in mind that our production time can increase depending on the demand.
• The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments.
